So how to become an early bird

Corresponding to my last post, it is easy to say that getting up early in morning is beneficial, but many people think it is hard to do it! One of the reason is that we may have got used to the mode of getting up late and do not have chances to experience the freshness and energy of an early bird. To motivate my readers, I listed all those benefits in the last post. I understand it is difficult to change the habit, and here I would like to share two essays talking about how to develop the habit with you.

Written by Steve Pavlina and Kyle Pott. The points they make in the essays are scientific. Some methods may sound a bit silly, but when we become healthier and experience improvement in quality of life, no one will remember what we did in the past. Just try it out!
