Posters for “Superstar Scientists”

These posters are more colorful and creative than the black-words-on-white-paper posters in my department. It seems designing them won’t cost a lot of time, so it’s worth trying. These posters can give students a vivid impression of what the professors do, and may subconsciously raise their interest to attend the talks. Scientists are like superstars in many ways. They have to do experiments (singing, which also needs a lot of practice), publish papers (record a CD, which also has rankings similar to number of citations) and fight for funding (finding support from record companies). The difference is that scientists have a far bigger stage – the Universe.
