“Lab book and timer” in efficient life
By Raymond on May 14, 2009 in Efficient life
In lab, we have a lab book to remind ourselves of the plans and procedure of experiments, and a timer to count the time spent on each step. Try also to put a record book and a timer besides our computer when we work. Before we turn it on, put down the tasks we have to complete by computer each time, so that we won’t be lost in the Internet. Restrict each task to an appropriate amount of time, and try not to exceed it. A 5min centrifugation should be finished in 5min. So do an essay of 100 words for a blog.
